This is an apology post to all of those people I Emailed the "MARs" information. I guess like a lot of people, just got wrapped up in the excitment of it being something special. I was looking forward to take pictures of it, and to see it in my lifetime. We only missed it by 3 years. However, no harm meant, I hope you all know that. I will be alot more careful when sending out information in the future. Thanks Jim for the link. And James for the gotcha on the phone! Lesson learned.

This is Judy, a good friend of mine and co-worker. She is on the Womens World competition team. She just got back from it, and they took 2nd place, the Silver Medal, in the World. 2 J-boats on a gorgious day. The J-boats were the type boats use in the America's Cup, many years ago. This was taken in Narranganset Bay, Rhode Island. Very fast racing boats.

This is my friend and brother Mason, Paul Wilson. He passed away on friday the 18th. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for TVA for many years. His wife's name is Carolyn, and had two sons. He was 60 years young, and had a real passion for life. I was very close to both of them. We worked together for a while for a photography company. He was a very good photographer also. I have lost too many friends and family members to cancer. We have come a long way with research, but not yet far enough. I took this picture the last time we able to spend some time together. The following pictures were taken a few months earlier.

The storm in the background cost us an hour in the air. We had to fly around it. The top of that one cloud is probably about 40,000 feet. Had to be a beast. One of those times I was glad I was in the air, and not on the ground under it! !

When I reach the autumn of my life, and there isnt anyone to take care of me, this is where I will probably be spending my last years. Well, not this one, but more than likely the one in Alabama. There is so much knowledge behind these walls. Being a Mason myself, I am entitled to this honor. However, I'm not in any hurry. My Dad tells me ,, that time passes faster the older that you get. I do believe him! !

The Masons have been around since Biblical days. A lot of people dont know that the Shriners are the top level in the Masons. And everyone knows the work that they do.

After the park rangers posted signs reading," Do not feed the Geese", some of them descided to end it all. Sorry,that's from the Far Side, haha.

When I was growning up, the company my dad worked for had a plane for business travel. These planes remind me of that time of my life. It was called, " Old Yeller". I will never forget the trips my dad took me on in this old Cessna, to Meridan & Laurel, Mississippi. Guess that is what enstilled the love for flying. I guess that I was about 13-14 years old. I remember when my Dad got his shirt cut off after his first solo flight. It was mounted on the pilots rooms, along with all of the other pilots shirts. Big day for my Dad, and me.

There are signs everywhere. I need some airtime. Come to find out,,, no one at home is getting airtime either. That's good and bad I guess, hehe.

What a gorgious day it was. This is Philadelphia on the Delware River. The wind was blowing nicely also. The sailboat looked inviting.

This is the Walt Whitman bridge that connects Philly to New Jersey. Will try and get a picture of it at night. Lovely site. But, not from this part of town! !

This is taken from downtown Camden, NJ. This was a very industral booming town, once upon a time. About 20 years ago. Now it is nothing but a ghetto of deserted buildings, and gang symbols. It's a shame what time does to some things.

Dont think I would like these over/ near my house. Unless they hooked my electricity to it, haha. These are just outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey. I am working in Camden Co., NJ this week. Not too far from there. Alot of people have asked me about my luck on my birthday. I learned a valuable lesson that evening! NEVER go to the casinos on your birthday!!!!!!

The Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel to stay in out of all of them out there. For the value, you cant beat it. I spend approx. 200-250 days a year on the road, and have for a couple of years so I kind of know something about this. They always have a great breakfast. NOT continental, a full Hot breakfast that comes with the cost of the room. I had checked into the Best Western (aka crack hotel), and after seeing the room, and a high speed internet that was slower than dial-up, I decided to checkout---quick. I made one phone call to the Hampton Inn 5 miles down the road, and Stacy hooked me up with a room for the week. This evening the guests were treated to a nice surprise. Supper by the pool. This is Rich, the grill master. The food was great. Kudos to Hampton Inn, once again !

ARGGGGGG--- I need some AirTIME!!!!!!!

A lot of the creeks, rivers,lakes, and ponds have really, really dark water. I was told it is because of the trees, and the sap. Wonder what the fish taste like, that come out of it? A cedar chip?

I think there are as many deer here in New Jersey, as we have in Tennessee, and Alabama. I know this mother and 2 fawns were curious to what I was doing! ! ! !

Its good to be able to post my pictures again. I have the weekend off, and its a special one, soooo I am heading to Atlantic City to see what I can get into. Hope I make a bonus at Ballys, haha! 21 again ! ! ! ! ! thats my story, and sticking to it! ! ! !

On thursday afternoon, I had to spend a couple of hours here at the Bass River marina, waiting on the tecs to fix the tower. Aww darn, haha! This boat has more gadgets on it, than the space station. I grew up spending alot of time on the water, so when ever I get to spend some time near it, it is most welcomed. Especially, with a view like this !

This 3.5 million dollar boat had to be taken out of the water to have the water mark removed, and the under color repainted because it was at the wrong angle and showed on the white part. Guess if you have that kind of money, you can tell them to do what ever you want to get it right, before you buy it. And, understandably so. I wouldn't pay that much money if it wasnt.
